This has probably been asked tons of times, but how do you guys transport your warriors safely? their tails and spears are too large to fit in a foamtray, and i dont want to go back to tupperware

I lay mine down in form trays, the spears do stick out of the square but I've not had any issues with broken spears etc.

You could also magnetize their bases (with small neodymium magnets) and use a metal case.

Magnet is the key, I agree with @Aginor .
I use a plastic box with a thin sheet of metal sticked in the bottom and on one side so the totems can fit in. It is lighter than a metal case and far cheaper.
4€ per box and 16€ for the metal sheet. It depends of the size, but I use 1 metal sheet for 3 boxes. I never counted properly but I think 60 Saurus can easily fit in the box.

here are the links of the products I use (It is all in french, but it give an idea of the thing):

boxe (I think that this one is too high for infantry, but there are lower boxes)

    and for the magnet:

I use a couple of these in different sizes,
(I add in some soft foam in some of the trays)
Several skinks will fit in the small containers.
