8th Ed. Ugly Artworks?

Hi all,
I'd like to know if it's just me or someone else too thinks the quality of GW's Artwork dropped as A.Smith and Kopinsky bros don't work for her anymore
For example Tehenhauin:

yes that new tenenhauin artwork encourages my urges not to take him on the tabletop even further ^^

 

I looks like some one told the artist: "Make it exactly like the first one or you don't get payed. You have 12 hours or your fired."

 

5th edition Tenehuini looks better than the new artwork
But it's not just that work, GW has hired that new artist who is not as good as the older ones, which is a "shame" as i expect, if you redo something, to make it look better not worse...

 

I actually like both. And I like all of the new artwork.

That's the best artwork in the book.

 

It seems that the new artworks were made by two different guys that i don't know, one that did awesome work for example kroxigor art and another pretty "meh"...
For example this is Karl Kopinksy's one, just a concept for BB videogame
