How can I improve the list?
First, and I'm sure others will point this out, but don't post point costs for each individual thing... and there's no need to put down all the hand weapons and special rules... as anyone commenting on your list will be well aware of what everything does. If you're making a 1250 list and you are already using every model you own.. it is going to be hard to tweak things. You've got some saurus, but they are unsupported and very slow.. so they will fare well against TK but not dark elves. You are at a point level where I'd say a unit of 3 or 4 terradons becomes an invaluable support unit. Failing that, get skinks of some variety. Skirmishers and the cohorts are both excellent and affordable. Drop the more expensive unit of 12 warriors and you could field 2 x 10 cohorts plus a unit of 10 skirmishers. Pare down the cold one unit to 5 and lose the champion, get rid of the standard etc.. and you should have room for some terradons. Get a salamander with extra handler in there too... might as well use up that rare slot! They can provide some panic and kills against armored things, and even fare ok in combat against light threats. Your army could be much bigger is I guess what I'm saying... Lizardmen can't win on saurus alone!
Drop the staff of sorcery, the priest doesn't need it. Give him instead a diadem of power and a dispell scroll. This way you have more dispell dice. You are going to need them against Dark Elves an Tomb Kings!
