    Okay let's see if I can break this down, realized that I my last list was not legal to few core.

    Okay the 24 skinks and 2 krox will actually be used to escort the stegadon, mostly of pyschological warfare agaisnt the opponent.(picture the persian army and your close to what I'm picturing)

    The priests main task is more to dispel enemy spellsI will more then likely instead of rolling for my spells just choose the first heavens spell so I have a chance to reroll the eotg 2d6 or d6 during a bad flub like if I roll two 1's for distance.

    and use diadem to store any other dice left for dispeling

    the old blood on the carnosaur will be flanking anything that gets close to that main block while the saurus will mostly be for tieing up and weakening the enemy
    the other squad of skinks are skirmishers with javalins and will support the sarus as well as trying to mess up marches

    the skink chief and his terradon wing men will be there to cause stupidity, harass, and try to control charges.

    I still have 31 points left and not sure what to do with them.

    oh and my main opponents will be vampire counts, and maybe high elves and chaos warriors but mostly vampire counts

    ok first off all the EOTG powers are activated at start of magic pahse, which means they canno benefit from any support spells cast ( like the 1 rerolls and d3 rerols)

    ok at first glance looks fine but i think you don't really have a main force that can batter thru the enemy, especially vampires.

    yeah ok you got your 20 attacks saurus. but besides from the engine you don't really got anything to support it. and you say the oldblood will be used for flanking.

    what if the stegadon dies in the 2nd or 3th turn? then you need to get the oldblood back as fast as possible to support your saurus or they will eventually be overwhelmed by flanking units. and that is easily done by vampire counts by knights, bats, ghosts or by a simple raise and dance macabre ( and what is a vc army without the book?nothing!)

    i didn't mention the skink+krox unit becouse they are in my opinion one of the most less reliable unit in the lizardmen game.
    you can strike hard with you kroxs but if the enemy kills more skinks then the krox do then you are really *f*c*ed*. and well with great weapons on your krox it is easy to kill of some skinks before they are battered to the ground and get some CR kills.

    what i would do is dump the skink chief on terradon ( stupidity is fun but you are saying to play against vc? they are immune to psych and elves have LD 8 to 10!)
    dump another terradon ( 3 is just fine for harassing) and you have like 150 points left with the other 30 pints.
    get your self another cheap unit of saurus with just champ and musi. hold them back a several inches from your main unit and they are always there ready to flank.
    leave the skinks and salamnders for protecting theyre flank.

    with the plaque of dominion it's odd undead are immune to psychology but, vampires have an item, a crown that causes the bearer to suffer stupidity in exchange for a 4+ ward save.

    and it doesn't say the engine of the gods happens at the beginning of the magic phase, just in addition

    and that your would choose one at the beginning but it doesn't say that you use it at the beginning.

    as blackhawk said the skinks with kroxigors easily lose because skinks are just too easy to slay maybe instead of that maybe a few skink skirmisher units which realy are a pain for your opponant ( espaccialy if you can outrun them with skinks while continue shooting )

    the rules for EotG does say that you have to choose one of the three powers to be activated at the beginning of your magic phase

    I see you place your EoTG as HQ(General I guess), but you are only allowed to pick out the character with the highest leadership to be your general and that would in your case be the Oldblood.
