Vallejo Fluorescent Paints

Has anyone used these paints before and what are there experiences?

Thinking on using either the green or yellow to paint the scles on my lizard men.

I would recommend buying a fluorescent medium from an art supply store, because it will get the same effect, and it's big tub that you can mix into any of your current paints, saving you a lot of money. I think some brands call it luminescent medium, but I'm not sure.
