    Ok guys i was looking around the website (before i had an account) and i found an old blood carno combernation. it was mega overpowered but as my main enemy is dwarf with a (cheating) gun line i figured it was fair game. if anyone could find the link i would give hugs and kissis :)

    also i was wondering how well this would work

    Saurus scar vet
    halberd
    cold one
    hide of the cold ones

    because way i see it

    your already stupid
    heavy armour means a what 3 up save (inc scaly skin) ?
    +1 toughness
    then +2 armour for cold one
    so a 1 up armour save
    then fear add fear makes terror doesent it ( i mysteriously lost my rule book at dwarf house sneaky Dro'ka'khanx)
    1+ str for halberd but not strike last
    upgrades make slightly over 70 points
    for a t 6 st 6 killing machine that like the average jock gets confused by trees

    hide of the cold ones is model on foot only.

    Also fear + fear =/= terror. If on the same model, it does nothing special so its wasted points. If on seperate models, it just increases the unit strength of the fear.

    If you give that Scar Veteran the same gear except a great weapon he has 4 attacks at strength 7 toughness 6 weapon skill 5 at a 2+ armor save.

    And how many hereos do we know who have that good of combat stats with strength 7?

    The Bears Anger does not stack with weapon bonuses as it clearly states "cannot use a wield a weapon nor use a shield whilst using this spell"

    But even then the SV will still have 7 strength 7 attacks and toughness 6 - 4+ save with LA

    I know, and I meant the stat changes... being 7 S7 attacks at T7 and a 3+ save with the Hide of the Cold Ones.

    Bane head + jaguar charm, pop off some lords with that. Keep him close to the slann, cast BA then the JC and launch him into combat. Only lady luck should be able to ruin that plan really...

    It is a bit of an unreliable plan though, relying on a two spell combo is always dangerous due to the randomness of magic. Also, if that thing came barreling at my lord I would issue a challenge with his unit champion to protect him then win by combat res. Bear's Anger would be the first thing dispelled in my following magic phase, and my lord would proceed to eat the scar vet.
    Very awesome if it works though.
