AoS Weapon selection

Hi all,

Just a very new player here, when I constructed my units I just put random weapons on them. Just did what looked good.

Now for agrument sake I put all spears on my warriors rather than clubs.

Can i state at the start of the game my units are using all clubs and vise versa?

Depends on your opponent... 95% won't care. Official rules for tournaments and such generally go with WYSIWYG, and then if you have different weapons in a unit then the majority is what is in use for all of them.

Depends on your local meta, most tournaments will not let you get away with it though, you would need the majority to have the correct weapon and may be allowed a few others with the wrong weapon.

Casual games and such declare what weapons before the start I think you should be fine.
Tournaments the majority what the unit has equipped is what they use.
