AoS What is Ku Quar?!

First off, this is my first time posting here, although I've been a long time reader so, hi! Also, sorry if this is the wrong place to post this. So, on the topic of Ku Quar, what exactly is he?! I mean, in the Battletome they say he is a Scar Vet, but in the Fangs Of Sotek battalion in GH2017, they list him as an Old Blood, and his ability in the battalion is First of The Old Bloods... but even in the battalion flavour text the say he is a Scar Vet! So, what is he?!

I think it is clear because only the fluff texts contain the "Scar-Veteran" and the rules part says Oldblood in both paragraphs.

This why is the Scar-Vet on carno has an attack with his Fearsome Jaws while the Oldblood doesn't - his arthritic lizard bones prevent him from climbing down to do so!

Page 3 top right someone asks why the Oldblood is the only Saurus that doesn't have a bite attack and the answer is: he is too old, he is called Oldblood for a reason.
