Well as the title said, I have absolutely no idea what magic lore to take! The armies i will mostly be facing are Dwarves and my mates rebel Lizardmen (even though Lizardmen are incorruptible!) Im not sure which lores would be most effective againt these armies but i was thinking the Lore of Heavens for my Slaan and the Lore of Fire for my Skink Priest. This is my Army List so far: Lords Slaan Mage Priest Higher State of Consciousness Unfathomable Presence 325 points Heroes Saurus Scar Veteran Light Armour Piranha Blade Enchanted Shield 140 points Skink Priest Level 2 Wizard Glyph Necklace Plaque of Tepok 150 points Core Saurus Warriors x16 Champion Musician Standard Bearer Spears 222 points Skink Skirmishers x20 Brave 146 points Special Stegadon 235 points Rare Salamander Hunting Pack 2 Salamanders 6 Handlers 150 points Total 1368 points I need lores that would work well against Lizardmen and lores that would work well against Dwarves. Any help is greatly appreciated Thanks
unless im missing something myself (im new to the scene) skink priests can only take lore of heavens, i would take fire on the slann probably if you wanted to stay away from the usual life set up
Against Dwarves you might want to go with the lore of Metal as it punishes them for having such good armor savs and it has some anti- warmachine magic.
oh yes i forgot skink priests can only take heavens so i guess its gona be heavens for the skink priest and metal/fire for the slaan i have to think about that one
against fellow lizardmen, you can just take lore of death. it's purple sun of xereus is just wicked against low initiative creatures. or lore of shadow for pit of shade. overall, lore of life is awesome. throne of vines first to buff everything and prevent miscast and then the show begins. -m-
