Looking to add some things to my army here it is what should I add next...

    40 Sarus

    24 Skink

    20 Temple Guard

    16 Cold one cavalry

Stegadon... I am going to attempt to magnatize it so i can use the various options.

    Old one on Foot.

In what order do you think I should purchase them to round out my army,

    My thoughts are :

    1 Slann
    2 Salamander
    3 Carnasour
    4 Teradons
    5 Chamo skinks

The answer depends on a number of things, your personal preferences and style, regular opponents, how many points you're playing at.

    Based Purely on the information provided;

    1 Chameleon Skinks
    2 Slann
    3 Salamander(s)
    4 Terradons
    5 Carnosaur

Your army appears largely combat-based currently so to balance this you could add some ranged, offensive units such as 1-3. These three all add new dimensions to your army and each one would be a great choice. Chameleon skinks are one of our best units, for me they always win their points back and more. The Slann is an undisputed game-changer and will work well with your combat units. Salamanders in 8th edition can be extremely potent and do not take up a huge chunk of your points.

Terradons are a fun unit to play and are a good harassment unit if you had a few spare points, however their role in the army is better filled by chameleon skinks.
I personally have a carnosaur because I really like the model and play style, however the Carnosaur should be one of the last things you purchase. They are very cool and there is no reason not to play them, but one will not "round out" your army.

Hope that helps, thats a very general overview, your preferences and tactics are the most important factor because if you're not having fun you won't like playing. If you want a more in-depth analysis take a look at the tactica and army building threads, they are very useful.

    Cheers.
