8th Ed. What's a Coatl do?

In the book there is a short story that points to fluff story in the Dwarfs army book: appearantly one of their greatest cities got ruined as the mountain it was beneath collapsed without warning.
This was done by a Slann (from the other side of the world), as part of restoring some magical powerlines that ran through that mountain ( I think ).

Nah it was half the dwarven kingdom destroyed by mazdamundi, because things would not follow the plan. He thought he would just rearange the mountains a bit, which then caused massive earthquakes and lava floodings of about half their kingdom + the underway, which connected their kindoms making it much harder for them to travel from hold to hold. Yeah mazda should be a lvl 15 wizard or something like that, at least when he has acces to the power grid.

This is the problem with some army books, they want their race to have overpowered fluff, but they cant back it up by rules, making it seem dumb.

I really like the idea of the dual coatl, especially since if the idea came to gw, they might just do it, as they do love their dual kits.
