Where to buy affordable lizardmen-esque terrain for basing

So to preface this I live in Canada. my general idea i want to go with for my army is they are remnants of the world that was. They recently came out of some chaos portal and are pretty worn down. Im thinking black sand maybe some broken down temple city pieces for my big dino bases. Anyone have any suggestions?
