Welcome to the site, and congratulations on picking the coolest WHFB army! 
Anyways, the first thing you get should be the Army Book, the Battalion, and any paints or other hobby supplies you need. After that, get a Stegadon or two and another box each of Saurus and Skinks. Then start picking up metal: Slann, Oldblood, Terradons, Salamanders, Kroxigors, Razordons, etc. That should give you a decent sized Lizardmen army in no time!
