The looming excitement that might be TW warhammer II

Hasnt CA said there will be 4 races in this game? Im pretty sure. Everybody should realize that the rat at the end of the trailer was a skaven. So Im going with B, just to build hype, but everyone should know that they are coming...

You think people freaked out over the thougt that skaven are dlc. Just read the comment section on youtube, or their twitter. It's something along the lines of this.

No one else has the Hand of Gods.

Also, you just need to take a closer look: he does have armor, the proper head, and remember that lords and heroes can go unmounted, even with different mounts, and different weapons. Karl Franz can choose from 4 mounts, or go on foot by his own, and he can also use Ghal Maraz and Reikland's Runefang as upgrades to his regular weaponry.

It's hype. I don't get why people is getting so paranoiac, it would've been totally stupid to add that rat on the end to make Skaven an DLC and the fourth race was actualy Tomb Kings all along!

Looks more like and untextured arm thats clipping into the shield too me, but i can be wrong.

Kinda lacking armor wise, and the head is similar, yet different.

Wheather Karl wields Ghal maraz, the runefang or neither, it doens't change his apperence. Those items only increase stats, but i get what you mean.

People are just really worried they are trying too pull the same cr*p they did with the warriors of chaos. They literally showed a lord of change in trailer for game 1, but i'm confident skaven will be one of the base factions in the next game. :)
 
Kroq-Gar in the lore was hardly ever without Grymloq though. Ever.

But he will likely start unmounted, then to a Cold one, then to Grymloq. And if they don't name it Grymloq and give it the right coloration.....

They will. I've had a high degree of accuracy with that in Total War 1

Just to clarify, CA as by now made it absolutely clear that they will indeed have four races in the main game. These races will be playable in the game, no matter if one buys it pre lunch or any other time in date. Whether or not there will be other races available if one would pre order or if it will be something different is unclear, as of now.

Watch the full animation, not the still frame. It is untextured, but right when he started the jump you can see he has armor over his thighs and the whole left arm is metallic.

I never noticed it (mainly because I can't run the game for more than 3 minutes on toaster-low levels), still, they will make some juicy changes in Warhammer II. Every Lord will start on a different locations. They could update the equipped weapons to actually change the appearance of the Lord.
 
Amazon does a lot of placeholders so it can start getting the hype in. And Chrismas is a decent place-holder. I'm guessing it'll be closer to Black-Friday though.
 
It has come too my attention that the link i provided, with a release date, is most likely just a placeholder. Sorry about that.

Isn't what Amazon is doing with the placeholder release dates technically misleading information? aren't there rules about doing things like that?
 
I'm not sure, but they do it often with video games.
