TWW2: what lizardmen faction are you going to play first?

At my local game store you can get Bloodborne for about 15 bucks, 10 if it's used. Now that i think about it, most games that have come out atleast 6 months ago are pretty much halv off.
It really doesn't require that much patience. The prices come down very quickly.

Not to tech shame you or anything, but what kind of microwaved potato are you using? Mine is nothing special and quite outdated, but it still runs the previous game really smoothly.
My current computer is a laptop. My CPU is more than adequate (intel i7) as is my RAM (8 GB), but my GPU is lacking. The laptop is a couple of years old. I had a friend take a look at it, and he is the one that determined that the GPU can't handle the game even at it's lowest settings. Also, since it is a laptop, I can' just swap out the GPU.

Yeah, physical items are generally worth more and their value degrade quite slower, so sounds like a sound idea. After 3 years, the game is probaly worth a quarter of it's original price, and your Tombkings might have quadrubled in price.

Warhammer typically does extremely well over time. Part of this reason is that GW raise their prices so often. So even if you take a bit off the value for being "used", often the price hikes make up for most of it.

In the case of Tomb Kings and other things that are discontinued (but still popular), they can actually go up in value (The Juan Diaz daemonette sculpts are a prime example).

Also, if the models are expertly painted (definitely doesn't apply to me), they can be sold for above retail, and in some cases significantly above retail. A few months back I saw a Tomb Kings Sphinx that was painted to a very high standard sell for nearly $1000.

Good point. The Juan Diaz daemonettes are masterpieces though. The resin market is lousy with them.

A while after the game launches, there will be a combined map where you can play all the races against each other. The map will "shrink" a bit to accommodate the races, and some of the lords will be moved to different locations.

So even though I have the first version of the game, in a few months I will be able to conquer my way through Lustria even though I don't have TWW2 yet? That sounds crazy, the map would be huge considering I haven't even bought the expansion!

No sir. The mortal empires combined campaign map will only be available to those who own both games.

It's worth the $60

I actually don't know, they have been very vague about what you require too play the mega combined map. They mentioned something about having to own one of the games, but you can't acces the races an mechanics the other game has. I have also heard from non-official, but still reliable sources, that you need to own game 2 to be able too acces the mega campaign.

All in all, both of these things might be wrong. CA have been extremely vague and deceitful about the content of game 2. I mean we are 4 days from launch and they still refuse to release the High elves trailer, and they didn't even show what the fourth race in the game was until last month.

As stated earlier, they confirmed on Facebook you need both games
