I'm worried that Lord Kroak doesn't have the Slann Starmaster keywords. It would seem weird to me if he can't summon.

Okay, let's go overboard and micro-critique this sentence:

"Meanwhile, the Seraphon generate points by performing rituals with their Slann Starmasters and Saurus Astrolith Bearers."

First, as I mentioned upthread, Lord Kroak isn't a Slann Starmaster. Second, that pesky conjunction, "and." Will the rituals require the presence of both Slann Starmasters AND Saurus Astrolith Bearers, working in conjunction? Or will those units be able to perform the rituals on their own? Obviously, we just don't know. If it's the former, protecting both of those units will become a big part of our strategy (more than it is now, I mean). Incandescent Rectrices for the Astrolith Bearers and a Saurus Eternity Warden bodyguard (or two!) for the Slann?
 
I'm hoping that it's the slann gets this and if theres and astrolith near by you get this instead. Or you get X if it's just the Astrolith. Side note, did anyone every come clean on the extra command points was it just one for each 50 points unspent, or if I have 150 points for a battalion and 50 points unused am I getting 4 extras, plus one for the battalion?

I think it's right Kroak can't summon, I hope the ritual works in a way that you use a Slann or Astrolith Bearer, but maybe if you use both you can summon more powerful units?
 
Also, given that pretty much every one of our Warscrolls has an entry about the subject being summonable with a spell, does this mean that all of our Warscrolls are going to be in for a rewrite? And if they're rewriting them to address that, might they tweak other things?

Okay, I'm getting goofy. But I'm so excited!

I think it's just 1 for each 50 points unspent. So in your example you'll get only 1 extra command point, plus 1 for the battalion.

It will be too much command point I think. Even if I don't know how it will work exactly.
