Hi all, back into the hobby last year after a very long 25 yr gap. Dived straight into my old favorite dark elves but now Ive totally fallen for our reptillian friends! Wondering if there's any small companies making their own compatible saurians? I've bought the lovely avatars of war ones to supplement my slowly growing gw tribe and backed the lost kingdom kickstarter but apart from them I don't really know where to look? I know Mierce do some crocodiles.
Also can anyone point me in the direction of a paint guide for saurus guards in a kindov green scheme? Hope these aren't annoying questions! I'll delete if wanted. I'm not used to forums. Very much the lone hobbyist in my social group!

Hi there. go to the introductions part at the top and say hello. Not stupid questions at all. I’m not sure on 3rd party things but there’s a few here who do.
:)

Thanks for reply, I should've browsed more before posting that, just don't know where to start!

Reaper makes Dragonmen and Reptus. Mostly metal figures I think. Also turtle-warriors.

Mantic makes plastic reptile guys (faction is called salymandyrs?) I think.

Welcome aboard

@Rikard is still active but I don't think he has made anything new.

Green colour scheme I suggest downloading the GW paint app and having a look through that, but if you give us an idea of what green your after pretty sure we can help out.

Start a paint blog then we can see pictures of your work and comment on your stuff.

Kindov medium green scales and a yellow underbelly? Like a gecko (I think)? Im not a great painter, gradually getting better tho! I've seen some nice red schemes aswell. Must do some more research on reptile skin colours. Going to do a fair bit of browsing here when I get the chance

Hello,

Seems the lizards are attracting more and more people these days :)

Good to see (and wise choice as they are as strong as ever now)!
