Definitely seems saurus to me, but read more regular warrior than Guard or a hero, at least from this picture. there does not seem to be enough :greedy: so my best guess is oldblood on foot with some kind of mask option, like the other new saurus heroes.
 
It lines up nicely with that skink Noxolotl posted.

My guess would be new mounted skink hero, or possibly separate mini for skink chief on Terradon/Ripperodactyl.
 
@Imrahil is there a typical timeframe between when a rumour engine picture is released and when the whole model is previewed?
