Here's what I did with that bit, With some hobby knife surgery, I combined the front of our weapon with the flaming half of the empire sword....

I think I would start with white primer and then a Black wash. after that you could start with your orange scales and your dark grey scales.
... interesting, I'd like to see some more models done with the new textured paint. oh and good so see that Lizardmen are included in silver...
Hero forge has a new grey plastic they are trying out, seems like it might be similar to GW's plastic.

your Lizardmen to Dragonborn conversion has been great so far. :cool:
Push harder, or lightly sand the tab. They are meant to fit in fairly tight.
