@Xlanax_lot I prefer the size of the metal carny, the new one just looks so big, started pinning him last night and I think a dark elf cold one...
I agree with Nightbringer the headdress in a different colour would help focus your attention. But he looks amazing ;)
I Know very little about the history and fluff of the LM but basing your carnos with corpses of skaven or dark elfs or chaos will fit as great...
Look great Mook, you could reverse the colour scheme to complement the ones you have done So red body blue crest, green body purple crest, then...
when your doing layers for highlights just paint a smaller area each time until you get the final highlight, you can water down a bit if desired.
That would work
Thats what I love about LM you have no colour restrictions.
Loctite all the way here as well
Nice base, I have the same model but with no rider, I was thinking a converted old blood but unsure yet, the base is a nice feature.
How long is one session? I managed to get the gold done on 10 temple guard and that was a 3 hr sitting. They look amazing Mook
Could you paint the same colour as the skink but fade to a contrasting colour towards the edges, your options are limitless with colour combos.
Really nice minis, your colour scheme is unique and very eye catching especially on the bigger units. Nice work.
Loving the shield head dress, I think it deserves a spiderman :spiderman:
Very nice, love the extra work you have put into him and I have got to do mine now! Still hate flying bases
Just orderd one!
If you mean Tetto' eko he is a FC model.
What sort of highlighting do you want to do, do you want it so it gradually goes or do you want a striking highlight? For gradual I tend to take...
That is ingenious and Im going to try it as well, have a spiderman :spiderman:
Finished my 30 skinks on with temple guard atm along side converting a cold one rider and Gor Rok, can't wait to get to my single character models...
Which models are they? But it sounds like they are finecast like the guys have already stated, a good quality superglue should sort out your woes.
