I would probably try and play a horde list. The Celestant Prime can easily snipe heroes and your opponent probably has enough mortal wounds flying...
I think that's a solid list for a friendly game. You have a huge monster and the Guard can take some punishment. Probably not the highest damage...
I think some vines would look awesome. Not quite overgrown but a few plants would make the roof a bit less uniform looking.
