Cathay...Where?

Ok, so i've been reading around fluff from various book, and stories in WD etc. They all refer to a place called Cathy. I can't find it on any of the maps in any Army Book, i've sked my friend(s) and they have no clue either. So, now, i'm forced to ask: WHERE IS CATHAY!!!!!?
