8th Ed. Dread Saurian - 8th Ed. Fantasy - Which Section?

So I've just acquired myself a Dread Saurian (an alternative to Forgewolrd's mind you, have you seen the price of that thing ). I have found the rules apart from which section it takes points from in an army.
I would assume it's a Rare choice, but I can't find it stated anywhere; It would be very neat if it was a special choice, but that's most likely just me daydreaming , I just want to know if anyone knows for sure whether it's a Rare choice.

It has to be Rare.

But I can’t think where I ever saw that written.

If they followed standard format for 8th edition. Yes.

Look for a section analogous to the army list rather than the unit details entry.

Hmm, but doesn't seem to say whether it is a rare choice or not though.

They are not any, they use a storm of magic allocation.

The only lizardmen list i have seen them added as a normal option is the army project one where they got added to rare but have a revised ruleset.

Ravening Hordes had the Dread Saurian listed as a Rare Choice, right alongside a coatl!
