yes of course, taking the supporter pledge you can take just one item (or some more depending what you need) as add-on modifying the value of the pledge

simply when the southern infantry will be unlocked you will be able to take a box (or more) of them

for example: i want take one box of northmen
i will choose the supporter pledge and instead of 1€ i will write 16€
the campaign will unlock southern infantry
if i don't want anymore my box of northmen, when the campaign will end i will tell in the pledge manager that i will go for a box of sourthern infantry
if i want a box of souther infantry more than the northern infantry i want, i will modify my pledge up to 32€ and at campaign end i will tell for what i pledged

let me know if something is unclear :)

Nope, extremely clear. I can't pledge the hundreds I want to, but I will at least pick up a box of infantry to guage for future retail purchases
 
Fyi for anyone backing the fireforge Kickstarter. They are actively inquistioning on dakka dakka for contact info for retailers who offer 20-25% discount so they can cut them off from supply.Screenshot_20181016-163844.png Screenshot_20181016-163727.png
