Hi all, I was last on roughly two years ago when AOS was being released. I started painting again recently and thought I'd check what progress has been made with AOS regards to a point system. To my surprise they released the general handbook (Looks really nice!), I've heard rumours of a second book? Should I wait for the second book or buy both?
No idea when the new one will be dropping but apparently it's reasonably advanced according to play testers and SCGT are using the points from it. No date. It's only £15 and will serve you well if you're trying to get up to speed, but the points can be found online and the rules are in our faction book so it's not necessary. I just bought it a couple of weeks ago because I was tired of trying to read a dodgy photo I took of the artefact rules.
Not that I've heard so far, but they keep that reasonably quiet. Only reason points are out is because they're in use generally elsewhere already as far as I know. I want Fyreslayer point adjustments confirmed, among other things.
Did I miss something? SCGT rules only list changes for tomb kings and fyreslayers? Nothing else changed for SCGT?
I imagine there is more with the General's Handbook 2, but it doesn't look like SCGT is using any other different points from their tournament pack.
It's the only bit released for the GH2 is the fyreslayers and tomb kings points changes. More to follow I am sure.
