Anyone else have any issues with their free delivery option? Each time I use it the original box gets lost in the mail. Eventually they send me a new box. And sometimes the original box randomly shows up several months later (my record is getting the original over half a year later). So ultimatly it always gets resolved and sometiems you end up with free stuff. But it's quite annoying to have to deal with it. And I can't for the life of me figure out a reason for it. It's not like I live in the middle of nowhere, or the package has to go halfway around the world.
Anyone else have similar experiences with their regular delivery? And possibly an explenation as to why this keeps on happening. It doesn't happen when I use the fast, paid, delivery options, and it doesn't happen when I order something from anywhere else. Why is GW such an odd one out?
