8th Ed. high magic lore attribute - multiple-use spells?

so, if I swap the used spell for another high magic spell, and I get the old spell back, would I be allowed to cast it again?
I'm thinking that I would definitely be able to cast any other spell generated through swapping, in the same turn as the swap, so how about one that I have previously used and forgotten in that turn?

Actually u can only change the spells at THE END of the magic phase, so u wount be able to use any of the changed spells until the next phase.

Yup... Xlanax_lot is correct, swapping occurs at the end of the phase.
