Very cool. How did you make the metal components?

Hand saw, files and sandpaper, they are made from a sheet of bronze. Thinned it down to the desired thickness, mark the contours and cut it, then shape it and smooth it. That being said, I'm a jeweller, working with and making tiny and intricate pieces of metal that is my everyday job, so I have access to tools and years of experience doing it.

Making that sword on GS would take at least 4 curing processes, that is around 12 hours. In metal I did it in 30 minutes... but then again, It's not something that everyone can do at home. I have tools to thin down sheets, extrude wire to the desired thickness etc. Also I can solder with a blowtorch
