Kitbashing Raptor Riders for 40k

Hey everyone! I'm working on converting some minis for my Salamanders. I want to do a detachment of allied Space Wolves who are Salamanders riding Cold Ones. I have been thinking about it for a while, and this picture helped inspire me.

I want to use Spellcrow bits to make larger, more aggressive looking riders. I think I know what parts I want to use, but I want to ask you guys wheter that would be cool or super foolish?

I also have an idea for Wulfen that are converted from Primaris bits and Saurus parts XD

I think it's a great idea, some of those Spellcrow parts are very nice.
