Has someone revealed for certain that these four models are part of a boxed set game?

Thanks for finding/linking/posting all four models together though. I kinda want the goblin. And I wouldn't mind converting Bob the Builder to a Bretonnian knight hero on foot.

What is the use of a countdown if nothing change after the timer reach 00?

 

i could understand a 1-2 minute delay, but this is pretty ridiculous.
