They look pretty cool as well! Especially the metal parts. Good job! My only point of critique would be the lenses. They look a bit flat. You could either point a white spot in the upper corners to have a reflection there, or use gloss varnish to make them shine a bit. Some might say you overdid the shading on the cloaks (it pooled in some places) but I think that makes the cloaks look grimy and worn, which fits well here.
Test paint of what I'm calling "Forge-Legion Auxila." Legitimately one of the most fun conversions ive ever done/painted.
You sir are a busy man It’s good to see that you continue on no matter how many hordes of skellies stand in your way. Liking the forge guys, how do you get time for your own models :S?
The forge guys are my own, as are the skitarii. the only thing on the commission side that I have at the moment is a shitload of bloodletters.
20 odd bloodletters stripped as best as possible and ready for priming. No further painting tonight but I was able 2 pin and glue a gaming group member's adeptus mechanicus fleet, which will be in Exchange for needed bitz. Next up on the painting docket is the remaining 5 forge legion troopers and then I'm aiming my sights at finishing this blood lette commission over the weekend. Please wish me luck, lol.
5 more forge legion finishing the squad. Behind schedule, but I'm going to try to burn through bloodletters now.
Awesome models all around, loving the speed and productivity, your certainly pumping out models every few days!
It's what I do. I'm trying to slower now though. 10 bloodletters. 40 left, plus 2 crushers and karanak.
