I think at some point this year I'll buy a better compressor. I have a Sotar 20/20 on it's way...
We were once cutting down some trees for a server company... I had to walk through their server hall (room isn't big enough) to get to the CEO office to get the papers signed... those servers are louder than a chain saw if coming in masses... good thing I had my ear protection with me...My office has a rack server running 24/7 in it - noise really isn't an issue to me...

Haha yeah the first time I was in a big server room I thought WTF there is something wrong.Yeah, they're pretty loud when they get going. Mine idle at a comparatively quiet rate... When you first turn it on though it actually sounds like a vacuum cleaner.
I have a Paashe compressor that I got for Christmas. That thing is super quiet! I have it sitting on the floor under my desk and the first time I turned it on, I had to lean down and check if it was even running! I was expecting it to sound like a lawnmower or generator but it just purrs like a cat! It has suction cups on the bottom that act as shock absorbers. I highly recommend it!I think at some point this year I'll buy a better compressor. I have a Sotar 20/20 on it's way...

Thanks! Guess I achieved the effect I wanted...Now the green looks brightly glowing! Not bad!

To the guy who edged all the tiny scales on his kroxigor models (@Itepixcauh iirc)... I'll try to beat you by the use of my bastiladon's skin!

Had to stop at this point cause neither my eyes nor my hands would let me continue... the other side is still completly dark...
Also I think the shell looks really good with the darker recesses... first time I used a wash and a 0/2 size brush together!thanks to @Crowsfoot for the tip given in @Aginor's thread!
