the primer shouldn't rub off like that. you may have an adherence issueIt's Vallejo white primer... it's indeed not covering perfectly even, but the effect you are referring to is caused by me touching and twisting the model on stuff like the spears and shield rubbing off the primer there in different degrees...
He's just sitting on the die cause I gave him a wash and therefore I want the models in a position as similar as possible to the position when assembled... and for taking the pictures...
It can happen that the time between priming and the first basecoat is just 20-30 minutes when I'm in a rush... so I guess that's where the main problem is...
Also the model was already stripped several times so I think cleaning isn't the problem here...
A much wiser approach, indeed.I tend to work on a model but build and prime my next project around 2 weeks in advance sometimes much much longer, but I usually batch prime minimum 20 models at a time.
