Heart shaped box....
Thanks! My wife liked it!
It was a simple project, but it turned out pretty well I think.
Up next, a pendant I made for my wife. This one is the Fire Nation symbol from the TV series Avatar: The Last Airbender. It is made from Oak and Walnut.
Up next, ring bowl (god I hate making these)...
Unfortunately it is made of pine, so the finish isn't all that great. A nice hardwood would have worked better. The wife still likes it, so I guess it will have to do for now.
Some simple lettering for my buddy's birthday....
Some of you may have seen this in my other blog, but this new thread is a more appropriate place for it. I made a pair of matching white lotus tiles from the TV Series Avatar: The Last Airbender. One for my wife and one for me...
The are made from Maple, Walnut and Red Cedar.
Here are some images of the tile directly from the show...
Earring holder for my wife; cut from oak...
A decroative wheel barrel I made for my Mom a couple of years back...
Cut from Maple.
Mommy was certainly proud of you!
She does love her wheel barrel. It took quite a bit of time to complete, but I think it was well worth the effort.
Made this cover box to hide the unsightly water shutoff valve for the garden hose. I figured the water symbol from Avatar The Last Airbender was fitting...
Great idea, and nicely done!
Thank you! I really think it helps clean up the look of the room.
That is a brilliant idea, is that a slide in lid as well, such unsightly pipes need boxing in
Thanks @Crowsfoot . It is a sliding lid!
And another simple covering with a little bit of added zest. I think @Lord Agragax of Lunaxoatl might get a kick out of this one...
have a keg at my table, brave lad!
Archery bow and arrow stand. Made from maple and walnut.
I do like that dwarf box!
What poundage is that bow?
