What is the preferred objective "tool" in Lustria?

My playgroup just tossed some d20 on the table to mark as objective and called it a day. No more I say! Now I have the quest to make some objective zones we can lay out. My plan is to print some circles on transparent foil, already found something on the net. Still I wonder what do you guy's use?

I'll post my objectives here, if I find a way to print a 12" circle on DinA4 Foils... If you have something cool or tips please post it, would love to see your objectives.

I have seen the both of them in battle reports here on Lustria and on Youtube. I prefer the 3d modelskitbashed objectives.
Sadly I haven't something to show yet, creating this is still on my to do list ;)

Grrr, Imrahil

Defo 3D items.

I have a couple of Tomb Kings markers which I use.

Need to get some for my other armies actually...

"¿Porqué no los dos?"

I'd be lying if I didn't say I do like both: 3d for the endlessly customizable aesthetic and the zone/mats/sheets for ease-of-use & pragmatism.

...but if I had to pick, it'd probably be zones. Your aim for transparent ones sounds like a good one for sure tho as the pre-printed neoprene mats can just break the immersion/look of a goodlooking battlefield.

My FLGS has a bunch of 12 inch circles made of the same stuff as the game mats, and I can't imagine playing any other way any more. The ease of knowing what is and isn't contesting an objective is wonderful. And if you want to be fighting over an object there's no reason you can't just stick it in the middle of the circle.

I prefer the 3D ones. I used to use a set of 40mm bases that I painted to look like sensor blips. I need to 0aint up some other ones. I did buy some GW objective markers and paint them a while back.

Ok got it done, I just printed it on two DinA4 foils, excuse me the reflection...
