Silver and blue. A good color combo.

Such a third hand would be a useful thing sometimes...

That could look cool, look forward to seeing it painted.

Finally had a bit of time to work on the back of my Astrolith. I plan on painting them up to look like stars in a constellation.

I had the same sort of idea last year which I will still do I think but it involves a temple, blue acrylic and lights.

That sounds cool, I'd love to see pictures. I bought a pot of GWs blue gemstone technical paint to do the gems in the constellation. I think it will also be useful for the crystal palisade when I get that on the 30th.

Also, note to self. Post pictures of your old Effigy of Gork from the Storm of Chaos campaign back in '04. (It was actually slightly visible in a White Dwarf picture of one of the mega battles at the LA Battle Bunker. Fun times.)

Cool idea, I totally thought you were going to reverse the colors if anything... so that the background was "darker" like space and the little lizard-medallions were brighter so they looked more like stars. This makes them look more like jewels stuck on a giant gold disk instead o_O

Thanks. I didn't think of doing the back in a darker color. I think the way I did is more representative of a banner.

And here is the completed model.

Nice work on the orc! I just painted a few last month, they were a lot of fun to paint, I am considering getting some more!
