The looming excitement that might be TW warhammer II

Actually, you can probably buy a laptop that will run it for $300-$400. But that can be out of most of our price ranges too.
good point. I was thinking desktop.

How do you like the paint scheme of the lizardmen? I know that GW chose blue and so they are blue in the game but...I don't like it. I prefer the tabletop blue but in the game, they have some other fancy colors that just don't fit blue.

I hope we will get a color editor some day...if so, it will be a DLC for 12€. LOL

Green is the way to go for me, different types of green.

mah lizard

I've always painted my lizards shades of green as well, and a colour editor would be fun to have one day. It is, however, not a big issue to me :)

That's good because I didn'T understand half of what was said in the last video. It seems those games are pretty complex.

I've played computer games for 25 years now and normally understand them quite well but Total War Warhammer is different. I start a battle by planning whom to attack, where to move...but then everything is a complete mess. It takes a while to get used to the gameplay. Moreover, don't make the mistake I made, trying to help your poor troops and wanting to protect them against every hit. You rather move and attack, then let them fight, accept casualties, let them die but do something else with other units. It's not about helping every single unit to survive or killing all enemy units. Just make some moves, sacrifice those that are not important, pull some strings that weaken your enemy and let his units flee. I still suck but there's light in all that darkness. :D

What Leander said: The Total War series is basically armchair general nirvana, so play like a general, be ready to make sacrifices as a tool for victory.

Sweet little mount! :D

I don't like the attack animations of saurus warriors. They behave like wild monsters instead of skilled fighters....well, maybe they are but I'd prefer a more noble and technical appearance.

Why a Stegadon and Carnosaur without a platform and riders? It's a bit odd. What do you think?

PS Who has Warhammer 1 and wants to play against a noob? My Steam ID is LeanderAT.

Yea they have versions of unridden dinosaurs for just about everything.
(they are the cheaper version, before you get some sort of upgrade)
