The looming excitement that might be TW warhammer II

That won't happen for a long time unfortunately, since the Lizardmen now have had 2 back to back dlc's and are up to 6 legendary lords with the additon of Nakai and Gor'Rok.
Unless it is part of this release but hasn't been revealed yet. Also, the Troglodon needn't be a legendary lord. I'm just surprised if it is left out because it is one of the nicest models in the entire Lizardmen range.

Maybe, they did release the Kharibdyss and bone giant on their own, so maybe.

Thanks!
Man that game must cause so many sales for GW. Awesome content. They just have to update Seraphon now. :D (yeah I know, wishes)
Updating a popular and fan favorite army so it meets modern standards and in turn make a massive profit, that would be madness. It would be almost as stupid as blowing up a much beloved fantasy universe, then have a licensed videogame that becomes massively popular and generates plenty of interest in world only to find it destroyed. Preposterous i say.

I must say CA became finally my favorite vendor over Blizzard. And that IS something.

Cool Stuff!

Curious to see about the new free-LC and if it in fact will be Gor-Rok, or maybe some other character? Maybe one we haven't seen yet?

If it is free-LC maybe Oxylotl and run him like the green knight/Lord Kroak?

Hearthstone, Overwatch?
Hearthstone is old news and Overwatch was always a very poor man's TF2.

It's Gor-Rok.

Hearthstone came out in the last decade. The fact that it's now old news to you doesn't change that fact.

There's also the SC2 trilogy, 5 WoW expansions, Starcraft Remastered, Diablo 3 and its expansion, and Heroes of the Storm.

Saying they've done nothing worthwhile in 10 years is simply untrue unless you're saying every single Blizz IP is not worthwhile.

Really? Blizzard haven't done anything worthwhile in nearly a decade.

There's also the SC2 trilogy, 5 WoW expansions, Starcraft Remastered, Diablo 3 and its expansion, and Heroes of the Storm.

Starcraft 2 was the no. 1 reason. I didn't really play anything else, maybe a bit of HotS and Warcraft 3 in even older times.

Wait... are those Razordons in the background?
yup. They're also in the paid dlc. Not sure what gor-rok brings with him since it's rare to just get 1 thing even in the free-lc.

Also, Nakai is apparently a horde-faction, which is interesting. Especially as it's different from the usual horde mechanic. Only Nakai's horde unlocks new units and the others can only recruit whatever he has unlocked. So his horde is by far the most important, giving you sort of a capital horde. If that is expanded upon further it could be cool.

Also, you have a vassal who you can give cities you conquer to. Which is very interesting as that's one of the most annoying things when playing a horde faction. without someone to occupy the cities you conquer they often quickly get resettled and you end up playing whack-a-mole. This way they can't. Also, it has interesting implications depending on how capable this vassal is.

Also, I really like that we get some kroxigors. The Original ones were kind of terrible, so if these work that'd be nice.

And I'm curious how the razordons will play. We have quite a lot of shooting all of a sudden with razordons & salamanders appearing.

The human faction looks interesting as well. Having to balance the wrath of the lizards with getting the approval of the emporer.
