Total War Warhammer: Game played and lots of it out

I need a new PC :P my pc is far off (well not far, but I would probably only barely be able of running it, with my laptops spec)

@NIGHTBRINGER
my laptop is a: CPU 2020M @2,40ghz; 8Gb; 64 bit OS (Windows 10 btw) with an Intel HD Graphics card.

So if mine is doing pretty ok, then yours should do fine
I know very little about computer gaming, but I think it usually comes down to the graphics card. I'm not sure how good my graphics card is (especially considering that I have an ordinary laptop as opposed to a gaming laptop or tower).

Your laptop should be fine, minimum spec is way below what your running, the important thing is the processor speed and memory with the graphics card, if you run on low the processor and memory will buffer the card, can you check what memory is allocated to the graphics?

Edit: with 4gb ram the card will pull upto 1692gb for graphics

I shall have to figure out how to do this and I will get back to you. Thanks for the info!

Either way... I won't get the game until after the Golden Serpent contest. I know my lack of willpower... starting that game would ruin any hopes of me completing an entry.

I should add, I'm very excited at the prospect of getting this game. I never imagined that my PC would be able to handle it (which is why I always stick to my PS4). Someone had told me that the graphics/computational demands of the game would be really high... I'm glad to hear that ordinary laptops can step up and play.

Does this have the necessary information that you mentioned?...

Yep your laptop will run it on low without a problem, your running i7 , my desk top is i5 with 12gb ram and 2gb graphics card and runs on high without a problem, the i7 is a fast processor and won't have a problem also the game will auto set to your system it will under compensate so I would set to low and try it then increase to medium and see if it's still ok.

Thanks... that is exciting news. So what will the game look like on the low setting?

good enough for my taste and playability is still good (gets a bit worse if I zoom in on actual fighting though)
