I've been hearing a lot of "never received the promised STLs or Resin models at an acceptable level of quality". But like you, I'm not sure how much of that is exaggerated. I really don't want to indulge the click-bait "Trench Crusade screwed up so bad it is making Games Workshop look good" articles and videos, which was part of why I was curious as to whether anybody here knew the truth of it.
