Ummm, which symbol is the Seraphon one? Seraphon and Lizardmen are definitely authoritarian but a case could be made either way for right or left. That's why I'm not a big fan of the right or left dichotomy being considered an universal absolutes. They are not, it's just the result of a two party system where both parties are mostly the same but fiercely competitive about their tiny differences.

I prefer a political triangle over a square where the three sides are individualism, authoritarianism, and collectivism. That makes it pretty easy. Seraphon are the point of the triangle where authoritarianism and collectivism meet. The Stormcast are a little bit more indiviualistic. Dwarves a little more individualist that that.

Orcs and goblins and ogres would be on the point of the triangle where authoritarianism and individualism, also known as tribalism. Dark elves would be a little bit more collectivist. High elves would be a little bit more collectivists than that. Wood Elves would be a little bit more collectivist than that pretty close to the center now that I think about it.

The Chaos Demons and the Beasts of Chaos would be extremely individualistic. Nurgle would be a little bit collectivist. Khorne would be a little bit authoritarian. Tzeentch would be a little bit collectivist and authoritarian. The Warriors of Chaos would be quite a bit more authoritarian but still more individualistic than anything else.

Some undead mobs are collectivist in nature like a hive mind of zombies, but most Warhammer undead would be very authoritarian because one person usually commands vast numbers of minions with no free will.

Skaven would actually be close to the middle. They move to collectivism in broad strokes but are torn apart by the ambitions of thousands of individuals who all want to be the authoritarian in charge.
