Woogity models for sale on Ebay

Very noble of you, I might have to scrape some cash together, seems only fitting you receive a decent amount for those models!
 
So anyone able to actually reach woogity and tell him that his models are in such demand that someone is willing to pay nearly 200 on ebay for a set of 3 Kroxigor.

Dude is a full time CG artist for creative assembly on total war Warhammer. Don't think he has time to produce anymore.

Already knew that, but gotta believe that friends or family or even selling his molds would be worth it based on demand alone.

It could risk his employment at CA. GW and CA might not like that his models (which closely resemble their own) are being sold.

Yup seems like they are quite popular. Guess the price hike is due to so few reach the market these days, but its clear someone really wants them.

Makes me wonder if I should sell some of those I have lying around waiting to be assembled...

I know mine were painted but they went for silly money, cash in while you can ;)

Would most probably have been a wise move if you consider cost/profit, but considering I still have several thousand points of old 5th edition Lizardmen lying around in the blister boxes, I guess these will be lying around until I have the time to assemble and paint them.

As far as the Kroxigor go, their are already 2 sets of miniatures out their that are decent alternates. The new set coming from kickstarter Lost Empires, as well as the Crocodile men from Mierce Miniatures.

I just got a hold of Woogity's Saurus on Cold One, to use as my Oldblood on Cold One. I wanted it badly because of the feathered head dress and overall sculpt of rider and mount.

Those are pretty good, but still no match against the Woogity version. Eventually something will come along that is on par, IMHO.

That's a beautiful model!
 
Agree, that model is great. I even like it more than the Kroxigors.
