New lizard in town

Greetings! Hopefully we can help you with any questions. Try AoS, it's not everyone's cup of tea but you might like it.
 
Thanks. I'm intrigued with AoS it seems like a quick casual version of fantasy. I'll post up my first army list up that I have written for any comments and recommendations
 
It is a quicker game. 1000-1500 points is a typical casual game. Cool. I look forward to seeing them
 
The question is, why not try AoS? Play it with a friend though! It is a lot more fun when you play with someone that is not an asshole, speaking out of personal experience here. If you want, you can message me and I'll send you the points for the armies you have, if you want to play with points (but points aren't really that needed tbh). If you still have your old models, they can be used with square or round bases, so that doesn't even matter :P
 
Welcome aboard! Hopefully we can help you, there are lots of old great resources for 8th, and AOS had quite a few threads and a lot of people willing to answer any questions .

Welcome aboard if your into fantasy you might like Kings of War as an alternative to AOS, a few of us on here are players and we all love how fast paced it is.

I too rejoined the army after a long hiatus. Whatever your needs are, we got you covered.

Painting and converting. We got you covered. Tips and techniques, honest but polite critiques and models to inspire you. We got it.

Gameplay. We cover tactics, list building and battle reports for 8th Edition Warhammer, 9th Age Warhammer, Age of Sigmar Warhammer, and Kings of War.

We have fiction, aka fluff pieces. It's mostly 8th Edition/Age of Sigmar but we welcome all fluff. It doesn't have to be reptilian, it doesn't even need to be gaming.

And We got forums to talk about memes, Star Wars, and whatnot.
