So I'm starting with the 2 getting started boxes to get a feel how how things assemble. So far... I think I'll need to tackle these in pieces due to all the interesting organic shapes :)

Carnosaur #1

Magnetize head+left arm of Carnosaur rider. Swap between gauntlet/shield and the two heads to make scar vet (with spear/shield) or oldblood (with spear/gauntlet). Should be enough visual difference for wysiwyg.

Priest on baby trog conversion

Warrior --> Knight conversion using DE Coldones

Carnosaur...sorry for cell phone quality. Overall pretty happy with it, that small gap on the face is going to drive me nuts. I'll fix it later.

Looks great! The purple looks awesome with that white belly,

Awesome stuff... looks great. I really like the yellow/orange ridge, it works well with the purple.

Trog WIP. The Carnosaur is big, bright and bold -- the fury of the field. The troglodon by contrast, I wanted to be stalking, cold, unrelenting. It doesn't have the bright colors of it's cousin, and (I hope) will end up looking far more "slinking". I've raised the floor via cork, and cut the "rock" off it's foot, insetting it into the cork. The result is the lower half of the foot covered, and the model much lower to the ground. You couple that with the longer design, and it really does feel like a new model.

My plan is to have it stalking through a bog -- it's foot partially covered by murky water and dead tree vines everywhere. All in good time. Still got a long way to go on him, muting out the bronze quite a bit and doing all the small detail work on the collar.

I really like the idea of having it more of a slinking predator as opposed to an alpha. Really awesome ideas here and looks amazing so far! Can't wait to see the final product!

Looking great so far. I like the concept that you described. The one suggestion I would offer would be to use a little bit of green stuff to fill in the gap between the adjoining pieces that make up the snout/head.

Looking forward to seeing this guy completed! :)

Looks awesome! The purple looks really good, and the skink attendant looks really cool, amazing work here.
