Hello all! Long time ago I posted a Lizardmen list, that is ancient now! Haha

Sunday I bought a Seraphon starter kit, monday night I finished building the minuatures! This is including a skink starpriest I got a while ago.

Sadly my black primer went empty so the Seraphon are pretty grey! Tomorrow there will be a new primer!

The plan is painting the oldblood first so I can attend the Silver tower campaign at my FLGS, the rest afterwards and next month will be a second starter kit. This for carnosaur oldblood, converted scar veteral on cold one and finish the battleline. Nice 1k army!

Yes, thank you! My plan, with the scar vet cold one and the 3 knights charge in. The really big scary dudes are for the carnosaur and the trog is to missile/cast throught and jump the straying characters.
Warriors are to zone off and objectives.
Should be good!

Aawh yis, got my spray today! Went home and sprayed them up!
Forgot to greenstuff my troglodon, just add a coat of black tomorrow on that green!
Now to paint! Also one of my recent Necrons being stalked!

Allright! Got my test model finished, still doubting about the shield, might do one more tomorrow in the head color (caliban, warpstone and moot. The necron colors!) think that pops more.

For the rest feeling good about the colors, might lose the silver edge on the copper.

That guy looks cool, and I think you should leave the shield as is, so the entire unit doesn't end up plain green.

nice job over all. only improvement I could think of,
is maybe blend the crest highlight in a bit more..?

Hmm, how can I make clearer that these are paint markings? Maybe use it on the spikes and banner/drums too!
Want to go for a pale scheme for the creatures, just gotta find something to counter shade the underbelly! (Google countershading camouflage!)

Small update!
For tomorrow, paint the underbelly, weapons and teeth/nails!

Seraphon are fun to paint! Easy somehow compared to necrons! Haha

This is a really unique paint scheme and a really cool one as well
What kind of colors did you use for the shields ? Really nice !
