More shots of the unknown spawning Skink

The blue in-between the scales is a washed down Temple Guard Blue.
I used the same paint technique from my Warsphinx, Rakarth Flesh, agrax shade and dust over with screaming skull.

WIP on the first Skin Wolf, working out the colours for the teared skin, possibly go for a bugsman glow for the base colour. The fur and wolf skin was a lot of dusting with dark reaper and russ grey.

The tiny white eye makes that thing look incredibly creepy

Haven't been able to paint much, busy putting more models together aaannnndddd some more kitbashing. Got a new one in the works at the moment, another little something for the Chaq'Kai. I actually hope to hold on without revealing just yet.

I have mine to paint yet such cool models, think mine are being Nurglified

Still busy putting models together, takes me forever to put a unit together, doing a ton of greenstuff work for a Chaq'Kai model, so much green.

Also planned for a Kitbash, will be a hard one cause working from a reference.
Doing a conversion using a Ghorgon as a base of this guy from a very, very fave videogame series I play

Won't be able to recreate every little detail but it's worth a shot, gotta keep it GW so I can field it. Got a Bloodthirster head coming in the mail, has a more hound appearance. Waiting on the tyranid parts to restock. Already got the wings. A lot of work to do but will be fun.

Been working on the Kill Team, doing the Tyranids. Now my bf keeps going on about how the legs lean and he doesn't like it, I have no clue because they look fine. I'm adding snow to the base so it will cover the feet a bit.

I could try fixing, the leg standing on the skull is more brought forward than the other one. Could try moving the skull.

Okay quickly tried to fix the 'issue'


I just don't know, bad enough I randomly suffered a confidence dip with my work so I'm a little off right now.

I was going to suggest a warpwolf head from privateer press, but if the bloodthirster head looks too small the warpwolf probably will as well.

I think it looks good. Kind of a dynamic pose, doesn't look so static, which is good. The snow idea will be awesome!

Hmmm the head could be slightly bigger than the Bloodthirster, never saw the model in person, but then keeping it GW.

Hmmm i see what he means, the model is leaning to the left (looking at from the front) but the left leg is bent and not sure is it in the air? would that support the weight, you would expect the standing leg (right) to have the weight on it.

The foot is also inclined so that would put more weight forward like running, the 2nd pic is better but I think if you raised the left leg by adding more height to the base that will push the model to the right making it look like he is running down a slope, that make sense?.

It looks good as it is but if your like me and someone has pointed something out (BF) it will only annoy you if you don't fix it.

Holding the model with my bad hand too, ouch. Hurt hand doesn't stop me from doing miniatures, will slow me though (broken door handle at the stables I go to attacked my hand, a metal one too. I think it's possessed, has attacked many people)

Working on the Nurgle too, the SC gives the exact 500 points I need.

Got some more Twilight miniatures in the mail today. Missing the cavalry because they wasn't in stock but they will send them out once they come back in, got them in a bundle pack, comes with the PreePree model.


Elroga and The Falconer are not part of the bundle but I still liked the looks of them so I brought them also
Need to finish painting the others.
