Update! Was out of the country. Finished my SC unit of Warriors, still got a few things to do (Details and touch ups) but was able to get them done.
Also started working on my first Knight.

Another weekend update! I got 2 more knights done. Just 1 more left for my 5 (3 left in the start box though).

Finished my last Knight for my 1st unit of 5. Not going to finish the last 3 Knights in the SC yet, getting a little burned out on doing Knights. Gonna tackle the Carnosaur next.

@Aphotic, I know what you mean! They're a bit of a mission to paint. All those straps and the voodoo/tiki skulls. I really like the model, but it's a bit more than just base/wash/drybrush.

Thanks! I'm happy with these. My paint is thick in some places, I've been using old brushes for months and just can't convince myself to switch, and it shows. Its silly cause even though I thin my paints, it still chunks up just cause my brushes should be in the trash can.

I pulled out the Carnosaur sprue and instructions last night and got very intimidating. I haven't done many large models (maybe 2 or 3 for WH40K) so I'm going to have to build up some courage to start this one. Hopefully tonight.

I prefer he big models, a little more to do, but so satisfying when you're finished. Can't wait to see your carno!

Indeed! I originally was going to go for the Tlixa's Shield scheme but wanted my shields pure orange and thought that wouldn't work well with the orange crest, cause I wanted to crest to pop.
