so I traded my 40k army for a bunch of lizardmen that are still on sprue but not in a box. Got lots of varied edition skinks some with bows others blowpipe. Lots of warriors as well as a sealed temple guard box. Now the bad/fun part is I got a bunch of cold ones but sadly no rider bodies. I have the mounts that I glued together along with their shields and spears but no heads or bodies to work with. So debating converting some warriors bodies into rider bodies. Thoughts or anyone have 20 bodies lying around lol?
 
hmmm.... you might want to provide some pictures, you might have an older casting.
seeing as how you have short bow skinks.
 
Ok when I get home from work today I'll take a few pictures of the sprues I have and post them. From what I been able to look around online with them none of the sprues I have left match what others have come with other than the spears banners and shields. Hope I'm wrong though and won't have to do a lot of cutting, gluing, and filling.
 
You may have the 5th edition version that came with plastic cold ones and metal Saurus riders.
 
That would suck and I think that is what I have. I have one guy that is a metal rider and I thought,so did the other guy trading them, he was just a single character like a leader.
 
oh yea these are the ones with metal riders.

I remember they once earned the nickname "battle cows" for their silly cold one models.
The riders are quite nice though, and make a nice combo with the dark elf cold ones.
 
These are the other sprues I have that I think are a mix of warriors and knight stuff

Yea you have the newest ones...
I wonder if someone used the riders on some different cold ones.

and those are the regular Saurus warrior sprues.
