Well I don't have many converted Lizardmen, but I did some work for my troglodon and my coatl:

Troglodon: made from leftover Carnosaur box bits (link). Originally inspired by the works of @Skinquisitor (link) and @kubapj (link)





And my Coatl (link), made with clay, a cold one head, and some plastic pegasus wings.



Lots of other great conversions on this site, such as @ChiliPepa 's Northern Lizardmen, @Jorgik 's stegadon, @Bowser 's entire army, and i know @n810 has what looks like a brontosaurus version of a stegadon. And @tom ndege has an entire conversion lab. There are a lot more I am forgetting.

Edit: I originally read this as you were asking for conversions in general, but maybe you meant conversions for a curious skink? If that is the case I am way off

His right foot is supposed to be placed on some part of the base causing a funny position when he's not on his base...

I made the blue platform from scratch. I designed it, drew it out and then cut from plastic using my Scroll Saw.

I designed this Howdah in 3D. And I'm just discovering your design. They are very similar.





I created it for Sinaraipaints, which bought a Brachiosaurus to transform it into a thunderlizard, and I made it the Howdah.



It is still in the process of printing.

Wow! That is pretty damn cool. I'm afraid I don't know how to create such awesome things in 3D. Did you use Z-Brush?

That ram was my idea. I asked VidoVicarts, if I could do it when I didn't know how to design in 3D before, maybe I'll improve it later.

Do you have any AOS stegadon purchased?
I need someone to help me test some columns that I am making in 3D. and I need to know if they fit well, in the AOS Stegadon.

No, just use Rhinoceros.
