So I wanted something I haven't seen yet as far as a paint scheme and just picked up a massive quantity of lizards. And I think I have decided on what colors to go with, any feed back would be appreciated.

Yeah, sorry for terrible wording, kind of burnt at the moment. Lol.
But yeah, it's still not done entirely yet, but I have it all figured out at this point though. Other than how I'll do cold ones.

Added some edge highlights to the scales and a little bit more dry brush and tiny bit of shader. Opinions??

Hey! Looking great so far, that colour scheme works just fine
You might want to add some highlights maybe, but that may be the quality of the pic… and why not add some glazes to the skin parts if you have time? That also depends on how much time you want to spend on your (numerous ^^) models.
Also, we'll be seeing your painting better if you take pictures by daylight!! (a whitish background also helps but fingers are not the worst lol)
Keep the good stuff coming, that looks great!

Thank you! Those still aren't finished, haven't had time the last couple days to paint. But, that is exactly what I was thinking. I added a lighter red highlight to the scales, and was going to do a tiny bit of brighter orange as well to kind of give some minor contrast, and glazes are going to be the last touch. Probably will have to make my own.
May do lava type bases as well. We shall see, these are for a competition.
This weekend I will take better quality photos and add to this thread.

I paint very slowly unfortunately. :/ so this is going to be hard, especially since I am painting then putting together to get all details.
